"Apostle Jerry Haynes and Pastor Mae Haynes are the Founders /Builders of both Inner Court Outreach Ministries (ICOM) and Citizens of Apostolic Kingdom (COAK) . They have been married for 31 years and are blessed with six beautiful children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. ICOM, Inc. was established in June 2005 and continues to grow as God sees fit. Our dedicated leaders have made significant contributions to the Kingdom of God. Apostle Haynes works both inside of the church as well as volunteers in his local community and all over the country . Pastor Mae Haynes has a special ministry for hurting women of all ages. God uses her to see the unseen, hear the unheard, and speak to the unspoken. We are truly blessed to have such passionate, self-giving leaders during these times."
